Registration Forms

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information, specifically, name, e-mail address, and IACK, CDA, or DOI affiliation by council, assembly, or circle name and number.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Sections of the website containing member data and council internal information are password protected.

Age Guidelines

We care about children and young adults and understand that they have special privacy needs. ICW Membership will be restricted to practicing Catholics who are a bonifide member of one or more recognized social order of the International Alliance of Catholic Knights, its auxiliaries and youth organization, plus other Catholic organizations such as the Catholic Daughters of America, Daughters of Isabella, etc, or spouse of such a member.  Since membership as early as 10 years (males), and 15 year and older female Catholics into the various orders and affiliates is accepted, we have adopted the following privacy policy regarding visitors to our website below the age of 18:

  1. We will NOT collect, use, or list on our member directories any personally identifiable information.

  2. We will NOT give young adults access to unmonitored chat rooms, message boards, email accounts, or other services that would give them the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable information.

  3. We will only use the online contact information (such as email) to:

    1. Respond directly to a young adult's request on a one-time basis and not use that information to re-contact the him or her for other purposes.

    2. Respond more than once directly to a specific request from a young adult (such as in the case where the young adult requests a newsletter subscription) and not used to re-contact the young adult for other purposes.

  4. We will NOT entice any potential member to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the stated activities of the council, to wit:  mentoring and assisting others in the works or programs of the order, or its ceremonials.

  5. We will NOT provide any links to Web sites that are unsuitable for family or children.

  6. We will encourage children and young adults to get their parent's permission before sharing ANY personal information online.
